I have been working at OmniVere full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

For people like myself who thrive under challenging corporate climates and have the passion to succeed without being micromanaged, OmniVere is the place for you! So far I've been given ample support when needed and allowed the great flexibility to attack new business in my own style. Senior management has been more than willing to support all of us when it comes to customer meetings and overall marketing strategy. OmniVere already won #1 End-to-End eDiscovery Provider in the 2014 Best of Legal Times... which is a huge accolade!

    Cons

OmniVere is not a good working environment for those looking to advance from a 9-to-5 mentality. Work hard, play hard seems to be the name of the game here. Yes, it's true there's work to be done on integrating the companies they purchased 6 months ago... but I'm confident time will heal those wounds.

    Advice to Management

Communicate better company-wide, including in-person company conference. We all need to meet each other. Praise those who are doing a good job, and work with those who need a little more coaching. Consider hiring a branding agency, as the website could use some work...

I worked at OmniVere full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You get paid, get benefits and holidays. You can expand your Relativity skill set and technical skills.

    Cons

Omnivere is a culmination of cultures and the best of those cultures have departed. If you're looking for a high-calibur staff and the potential for growth this is not the place to be.

    Advice to Management

Care about your employees be transparent. You may appreciate what you get in return.

    Pros

New management is dedicated to making positive change. Co-workers are smart and always willing to help when needed. Team environment and appreciative clients.

    Cons

Consolidate systems for ease of process, time savings and training. Communication to the employees could improve, although with recent positive changes I believe this will get better.

    Advice to Management

    Keep listening to the employees!

    Pros

None. While I was there the company was undergoing changes and had many growing pains

    Cons

Same as above, it was a very confused corporate culture.

    Advice to Management

Figure out what kind of business you want to be.

I worked at OmniVere full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

-Poor management and sales meant there wasn't much work to do
-My boss was almost never even in the state, and when he did show up, he was quite friendly
    -Nobody complained about my attire
-I ended up dating the person in the cubicle across from me

    Cons

I was hired as an independent contractor with the understanding that I would be hired full-time after 3 months. This was a lie.

In response, I started interviewing for jobs in the middle of the office. I gathered all the documentation I needed to file Form SS-8 to the IRS. They ruled in my favor, stating that Omnivere was guilty of misclassifying me as an independent contractor.

I had to file 1040x to get my money back. While I thoroughly enjoyed getting this company in trouble with the IRS and Department of Labor, if you are not good with taxes, it will be a very painful process.

Also, the beverage options were terrible

    Advice to Management

    Have fun with the IRS!

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

    Can't really think of one

    Cons

Too many layers of management to get things done efficiently. Management doesn't seem interested in solving problems, only on placing blame and keeping the status quo intact. After nearly a year as a company, they still haven't gotten their corporate message straight with employees which causes the entire company to feel unsettled.

    Advice to Management

Decide where all the different pieces are going to fit into the larger puzzle and give the company a feeling of cohesion that it has been lacking. Consider cutting down on the many layers of management that is there doing not much of anything.
