    Pros

Great products. Has a strong vision of where they are going and can be customer focused.

    Cons

Management needs to realize that people come before profits. Tough to grow in this company or expand your opportunities within.

    Advice to Management

People before profits. Invest more in your people and your turnover will reduce.

I have been working at Omnicell full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Actively works to provide employees with education, career advancement, benefits. Management is focused on leading the field and growing the company.

    Cons

Company is no longer the new kid on the block, and is getting more bureaucratic as it matures. Like many public companies that are leaders in their field, there is a constant push for ever-higher quarterly revenue goals and new employees are expected to hit the ground running.

    Advice to Management

Budget more time for training (not just OTJ) and create "breathing space" following an intense project.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Omnicell for less than a year

    Pros

My manager was open-door, pay was good, opportunity to learn new software and skills

    Cons

Constant shifting of responsibilities creates confusion when not planned for at all, training for a completely new position was not a priority for management but not completing unknown tasks unacceptable, background check on hire was unorganized

    Advice to Management

Allow questions from subordinates when making major changes so answers to potential issues can be addressed, especially when you are unaware of what the subordinates do.
