I worked at Omnicell full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Nice new indoor basketball court, (where the machine shop employees used to be).

    Cons

Difficult to be a marketing driven company, when the entire marketing team knows absolutely nothing about the LTC market. The Saint Petersburg site, (which is now called Med Adherence) was previously a very successful company called MTS Medication Technologies. Omnicell purchased MTS as a way to expand sales of the dispensing cabinets into LTC facilities. They essentially purchased relationships and a customer list....

    Advice to Management

Stick to what you have been profitable with, dispensing cabinets. Sell the Florida division as there is no care about it. Be transparent with customers up front, stop over promising and under delivering. Take the blinders off and recognize the mess that has been made in Florida.

I have been working at Omnicell full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

There aren't any Pros to list.

    Cons

Toxic culture, no senior or mid-level leadership, does not support the military, brought in a guest speaker that bashed President Trump, prefers revenue over quality products or doing the right thing, promotes people because they speak well not because they perform honorably, senior leadership care about the stock price and not the employee, no accountability for mediocre work ethic, finger pointing rather than team...

I have been working at Omnicell full-time for more than 8 years

      Pros

Technical service engineers work well as a team. Even though they are remote employees.

Remote employees are out of the loop with direction of company.

      Advice to Management

I have been working at Omnicell full-time for less than a year

      Pros

sorry, can't think of any, I'm just treading dirty water until something better comes up or they go under.

      Cons

They're secretive, many times we've been warned about notifying customers of faults that could cause major problems for customers if found out, minor hardware to major software issues and its the employees who get the blame. They're deceptive, they tell you one thing and don't follow through on their commitments unless legal action is threatened. Since their inception they have gotten worse with employee's over investors....
