I worked at Omnicom full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great place to start a career in Media. The company is well known throughout the industry. Very friendly and patient with students fresh out of college. Benefits are great. Management makes you feel like you are apart of the team. This company really cares about their clients but also recognizes the importance of the employees. Pay is pretty good for someone who is fresh out of college with no experience. Co-workers are sooooo helpful even if you work on separate accounts. Great place to grow in the advertising world. Lots of partying in the Chicago office, but when you work hard you can play hard! Great Company

    Cons

Not much room for career advancement beyond a strategist unless you you're willing to switch accounts, provided a higher position is available.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

Take a pay cut and learn how to deal with the bad stuff to.
