- Good management - Great people to work with - Fun environment to work in - Good benefits I worked for Omnicom Media group for 1.5 years. Everyone was very friendly and facilitating.

Great Role and People to work with and engage in exciting work across practices with some of the leading companies in the industry.

Cons

Room for growth career wise is low. Salary consideration and review process is poor. Difficult to move around and within the organization; more benefit looking outside when the opportunity arises. Retainment within organization also very poor.

thank goodness for some good people in not great places

management micromanages and there is little to no work life balance at all. when there is, it comes in spurts of a day or two that isn't a 12 hour work day.

- lack of incentive to work hard. Good work goes unnoticed. - no individual career development - the amount of learning is limited. - pay raises are poor - work life balance is no good

Great people who are intelligent and mindful of each other's time. Leadership is putting in the effort to better listen to employees.

Lacking in good benefits even though they are working to improve this. They're decent if you're a parent. No bonus at manager level.

Felt like there was an inner circle who were looked after and in the spotlight, everyone else just worked hard without recognition.

-nice and smart people who really care about driving you towards success and personal fullfilllment -great environment for young people who are social but also driven

-fluctuating hours, but honestly the company is great it just was not a fit for me. I do not have many regrets working there and recommend applying there
