The company has many cool accounts and seasoned leaders to learn from.
Cons
The vacation policy is horrible. Nearly every other competing agency has very generous or unlimited PTO. Manager level and below only gets 10 days a year, associate directors 15 and directors 20. Does not seem like OMG wants to put their employees first when it comes to time off/work/life balance. Hoping to see changes in the next couple of years to match the rest of the evolving industry and post-Covid working world that offers many benefits.
