    Good opportunity to learn about the field

    Cons

    Management is very poorly run
    There is no room for advancement and they only promote you if they know you, you're a kiss up, or have a relationship with one of them.
    High turnover rate

    Advice to Management

    Promote quality workers. Pay more and have raises! There have been people there for so long who have had max 3 dollar raises.

    Best job ever you are given all the training and support you need to thrive in your work and they do promote from within these people have wonderful values and working with them is a privilege that should be cherished

    Cons

    I have nothing bad to say about On your Mark. They are wonderful people that have forged strong business and personal relationships in the time that they have been servicing the needs of the disabled community. I hold them in very high regard

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work. The focus is on the clients and the staff because happy staff makes for happy clients and that is our goal. The work being done daily by On your Mark is a credit to the Community and bring excellent quality of life for the clients we love so much
