I have been working at OnProcess Technology full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Excellent source of on the job knowledge with. Great team members - encouraging management for forward growth.

    Cons

Company is privately owned and still with a clandestine board of directors that appear to be concerned with personal finances outside the growth of internal employment - pay wages are not of fair market value - company does not give cost of living and very rarely awards additional pay increases. The only way to make more money in the company is to move up, or gain knowledge and move out.

    Advice to Management

Be more concerned with maintaining employee satisfaction than turn over.

    Pros

If you are trying to build your skill sets to take to another company, then this could be a good place for you. IF the management likes you and promotes you, that is. If they don't like you... you get the point.

    Cons

    1. Lowest pay in the industry.

    2. Benefits that causes you to go to the state for health coverage and actually get a better deal.

    3. You don't matter.
(Imagine being an employee who shares with the CEO how the company was wasting money and they congratulate you and mention your name in the company quarterly newsletter... only to be laid off, or given the choice to go back on the phones, because the company wants to have, just a little bit more money.)

    4. A VP who refers to some agents as: Trash. Like ," They aren't doing well with this program, let's not pass the TRASH around"

    5. The feeling that at any moment you could be let go, because they didn't reach their quarterly earnings they predicted.

    6. Locations closing down instead of being revitalized.

    7. A KPI bonus that should have been paid out, but instead wasn't. The reason: The company had to pay severance to the agents and supervisors of Fall River.

    8. You're starting to get the point and the list goes on and on.

    Advice to Management

Start treating your employees as people who sacrifice 8 or more hours out of their lives to better the company. They do this, because they want to make a difference and make OPT better.
There are many companies that treat employees as people and give them respect and make a great profit.
Robbing people of their ingenuity, aspirations and dreams and dangling a KPI that never is given should be a crime.

I have been working at OnProcess Technology full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This job has great flexibility if you are willing to make up your hours. The overall job is not that stressful. If you come to work with a good attitude and do your best you will be chosen for more programs to learn. Other employees overall are good to work with.

    Cons

Lack of pay raises, inconsistency in management moving from team to team, lack of incentives

    Advice to Management

Follow through with communication, more incentives are needed, make management take a few hours of calls so they can empathize with their employees, fix system issues, and don't keep people in the same program all day so they don't feel like robots

    Pros

Not many pros, scheduling was decent.

    Cons

The programs they get are crap and half the clients don't know who ON PROCESS is... Definitely made me feel like a bad customer service rep. Sexual harrassment IS tolerated... Low pay, no raise, management suck and human resources don't do crap. Would not recommend to anyone. If I could do less than one star I would.

    Advice to Management

To the few good managers there.. find better employment. To the others who get away with the harrassment that goes on... Stay there as you'll shrivel up alone.

    Pros

career path, supportive culture, professional development

    Cons

People should stop complaining on Glassdoor and go to their direct managers or HR for advice. You won't grow, if you don't make your own path. It is disappointing seeing people so unprofessional on this site.
