    Pros

    Great benefits
    Fulfilling job roles
    Room for growth and advancement

    Cons

Sometimes management are not aware of day to day employee job duties and thus business meetings do not help employees in their work.
Company still trying to figure out what the culture specifically is.

    Advice to Management

Be more aware of the little man in the company

    Pros

    Getting paid to do evil.

    Cons

Working for a parasite. This company is a parasite. They are what's wrong with our society, skimming money off of people by being middle men.

    Advice to Management

Do the world a favor and go out of business.

    Pros

They paid on time. Five words.

    Cons

Low pay, skimpy benefits, no sick leave, old moldy building, dangerous commute. Old time employees attack new smarter employees to protect their crummy job. Company is owned by a private equity firm in London that squeezes every drop out of the workers. Workers are never rewarded for initiative or accomplishments. Senior mgt gets little bonuses, the big bucks to go London.

    Advice to Management

Pay me and I will give you some good advice.

    Pros

Coworkers, dress code, supervisors try to make it better. Once you get it, it's easy. Starting pay is alright and health insurance benefits.

    Cons

No room to advance. Forget about a raise until the end of the year..if you were perfect all year you get a small one. No holiday parties. Bonus are a maybe and low if you get one. Cut throat attendance. Senior reps make what new hires make.

    Advice to Management

It's not the sups, it's the corporate leaders who have no idea what a day on the floor is like not will they ever care. Money hungry. You are a dime a dozen.

I have been working at One Call Care Management full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Casual dress code-sometimes too casual. A lot of hardworking associates who hate their jobs, but stick it out just to pay bills which is unfortunate. Some are passing the time while they look for something better to do.

    Cons

Zero direction and vision. This company needs better leadership from the CEO to front line management. The AP department has been in crisis mode since August 2016, due to poor leadership and system failures, and insufficient training. No amount of manpower or weekend overtime will solve the issues we're having with unpaid vendors as far back as 2015. In 2018 if we're still in business, we'll be processing 2016/2017 invoices, floating purchase orders, and processing stupid CSV files. The new director is clueless about the systems, and the day to day grind that goes into actually processing an invoice with archaic systems. This company has made email communication irrelevant, how lazy are you when you can literally walk 5 feet to someone's cubicle, but would instead send ridiculous emails with mounds of criticism, and instructions on how they should do their job. Collaboration with other departments is useless, you'll have better luck getting irate vendors to respond to an email.
Don't bother speaking the truth because management cannot handle feedback or honesty. SVP's are too weak and afraid to make tough choices about a department that's leaking money. Vendors are calling and complaining about overdue payments, and eventually when their contracts are up will take their business elsewhere. I don't blame them. Several hardworking people while others are there to collect their pay checks and don't care. In 2015 people were leaving in droves, same in 2016, 2017 temps come and quit like a revolving door. If you're hardworking, punctual, speak the truth, point out errors and system failures, have ideas worth sharing or stand up to management don't
bother coming here. We appreciate weak, spineless drones who can kiss the backside of management and want to work like a dog.

    Advice to Management

Senior managers are out of touch with reality. Spending countless days and hours in meetings while employees labor away fixing past due payments, because someone in a suit thought it made sense to purchase a company before integrating their computer systems. Genius. Nothing makes sense at this company anymore. People are complaining daily. The board of directors should reevaluate whether the doors of this company will remain open or be sold to the highest bidder. Maybe Aetna might do a better job, because this company does not know what they're doing. My advise, start seeking employment elsewhere- this companies reputation is in the trash. Even with sexual harassment claims, and a CEO's PR disaster, Uber has more respect than OCCM in this city.

    Pros

Friendly people and good benefits and end of the year bonus.

    Cons

You are overworked, what you do is never enough, some people think pay is ok until you see the amount of work they expect from you and are never satisfied.

    Advice to Management

The amount of employees on workers comp should tell you something, funny and ironic because thats the company does, help schedule workers comp tests.

I worked at One Call Care Management full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Not many - there are still a few people in the company who are good to work with.

    Cons

Restructuring chaos - position titles, employees, departments change or are eliminated at a moment's notice. Many managers are inexperienced and poor communicators; a lot of them are only watching out for their own jobs, it's not just low level employees that are being let go. Upper management is out of touch sacrificing experience and knowledge for money even if it weakens the company or means less service to the customers.
