    Cons

Don't really have any cons. The grass isn't always greener on the other side. Every company has their ups & downs. It's the people that make it happen. When you establish a great team and working environment, you and your team will be happy to come to work and complete any task that comes your way!

    Pros

Coworkers would be a pro if you were allowed to to have any conversation without fear of retaliation. 3 pm Friday s would be a pro if management did regularly schedule meetings after 4. Health benefits and 401k are on par with the industry.

    Cons

Major layoffs/resignations/bankruptcy /poor morale/verbal abuse have left this company in a very unfortunate position. It is truly the “revolving door” that the CEO feared. Expect to be berated regularly There are no raises and no bonuses There are no perks No flexibility. No appreciation. No recognition. Layoffs are random based on salary and not performance.

    Advice to Management

Management should get to know their employees. Favoring only VPs and disregarding all others will be the recipe for failure. CEO should try harder to include more than 6 people when making rash decisions and changes. Ask yourselves why VP are leaving with no forewarning. Ask why you are left with staff that will not give up the tiny bit of home life they have to board a sinking ship. Review why the favored... departments are over staffed and under worked while others are being dumped on daily. You cannot expect loyalty from staff who work in constant fear of Being fired or harassed.

    Pros

Employees , Besides management and CEO are friendly but miserable

    Cons

CEO degrades and humiliates employees daily , no bonuses, job threatened daily, vacation days denied, family life is looked down on , management afraid of CEO so they stand quiet and watch people abused, lunch is frowned upon and if you eat you are gossiped about. You can hear the screaming coming from behind closed doors and employees are paged overhead to be embarrassed . Hostile environment due to CEO, turnover... rate is overwhelming, the most unprofessional place I have ever worked .

    Pros

Diversity of brands and portfolio Clothing that is diverse to multiple body types Some people are smart and nice.

    Cons

Too much Diversity of brands and portfolio. New brands are added monthly but most are not successful due to lack of modern selling. You kill yourself for the product so that it can end up in a store that no one shops at under the age of 50. When you are on vacation you are still at work but simply not in the office. Suppliers are the worst I have ever experienced. Being yelled at is the norm. Lack of... equality in dept's commitment to supporting the bottom line. No perks in working here. No work from home. No summer Fridays. No bagel Fridays. Nothing. the only perk is that you should feel lucky to have job there as per the leadership. No Bonuses or raises even though they say that they are doing great and business is profitable. When what you do is great you hear nothing. One small mistake and you are the worst employee ever.

I worked at One Jeanswear Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

You have a full time job.

    Cons

Cross functional and inner-departments can be abusive, shady or backstabbing depending on the person. Your starting salary is also lower than the average with no room to grow ( No one willing to teach tech designers pattern corrections). Dont expect any increases or bonuses as the company has been dipping for a long time.

    Advice to Management

Change the workplace environment if you want to avoid people talking badly about the company/brands. Most people will not accept companies who do not treat employees well.

    Cons

I have been working at One Jeanswear Group full-time

    Pros

Option of year round 3 pm Friday is nice. That’s about it.

    Cons

The company has such a toxic work culture and environment that you get physically sick stepping into work. Upper management consistently gives better treatment to people they favor. Bankruptcy has been their reason for no increases or bonuses for the last few years and their justification for laying off numerous employees. Where does this money “saved” go though? Because it’s not going back to the employees who... work so hard here. We are not blind, we see our friends leaving left and right. Who can blame them? It seems that no amount of work you do is enough here, everyone is doing the work of someone a level above them because of everyone that left. Jump ship while you can. Want to point out what someone else said that some of the positive reviews are fake. They make a good point because the influx of positive reviews all came in at the same time and are from managers and above.

    Advice to Management

Start treating all of your employees the same instead of favoring your “buddies”. Maybe actually do something about changing the work culture and start paying your employees what they’re worth.

    Pros

The worker bees who do all of the actual work are wonderful people that don't get the recognition they deserve but are a joy to work with.

    Cons

Sr management is awful. Everyone is out for themselves, this is not a team it's a dictatorship. The CEO fancies himself as the youngest thinker in the company which is the furthest thing from the truth. He doesn't listen to his people, he just thinks he can do everything better than everyone else. President's are both old and settled in their ways and management style, both should move on. A couple of the... VP's are good but they're all afraid to actually speak up so nothing ever changes. They all care about themselves and not the people who work for them. A bunch of phonies, management constantly talks about each other and say things that are inappropriate about others.

    Advice to Management

Talk to your sales team and not just VP's. Listen to what they have to say. Don't make them feel uncomfortable to speak up and give their ideas a chance.

I have been working at One Jeanswear Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The pay and vacation time is fair.

    Cons

There is very little teamwork. The company is run by a group of designers ... and a CEO who never appreciates anybody’s hard work. The work environment is toxic. The company has been in chapter 11 for the past year with sales diminishing by each quarter.

    Advice to Management

Need to refresh senior management with people that know how to build teams and build a culture that is positive.

There are no pros here at all 0 percent.

    Cons

Upper management think they can talk to you any kind of way because of their titles. It makes them fell powerful. They can dog you down and wouldn’t even care because to them your under them so it wouldn’t matter. Upper management don’t want you to challenge them at all about something that seems off and you have the right to question something if your working there. Do not work here it is EXTREMELY toxic,... disgusting attitudes, and you are underpaid. The longer you stay the worse the familiarity gets.
