Pros
good office culture flexible hours decent work-life balance but not great discretionary time off
Cons
lack of transparency with management. Actual direction and state of company financials is kept fairly secret. Employees are told things on a need to know basis. This creates an atmosphere of negativity. Motivation was at an all time low when I left. Company does not value employees. They freely allow massive amounts of talent to walk right out the door. Pay is fair to midland. ISO"s are extremely stingy

Pros
Cool Atmosphere, cool people. Lovely furnishings in the office
Cons
Unreasonable workload in unreasonable timeframes. It seemed that most everyone was a chicken running without their head trying to make sure a sale would launch.
- Former Employee★★★★★
Toxic work environment, bad leadership, and poor experience for professional growth.

Nice looking office. Some of the people you meet and befriend at the more junior level are really terrific.
Cons
- The smartest employees never stay, and understand OKL is a sinking ship and find employment elsewhere. - The leadership is shady, political, and disconnected from the work. - The company strategy is either absent or poor, so much so that virtually all employees are well aware of this without having to have a director or VP title. - Layoffs or pushing people out for other reasons is common and very sad, rooted exclusively in the company's poor financials - with the unintended (or intended?) consequence of declining employee morale for those who stay and those who leave.

Pros
The office location in the Twitter building was great. They have now moved. The company sells nice items
Cons
Lack of focus Clear favoritism within management to over reward themselves in compensation and skimp on other folks HR

Pros
The company is exciting as it is still young and is attempting to grow rapidly. The location of the office is great and the hours can be flexible since you are able to work from home as needed. The benefits are also really great. The company tries to communicate all strategies down the pipeline however doesn't always succeed.
Cons
Upper management is cliquey and has their favorites on the team providing only them with the inside scoop or business building opportunities. Management also lacks the ability to communicate effectively expectations from the team. The office is eerily quiet and as a result of poor management there is very low morale in the office.

Pros

Cons
Dysfunctional Bed Bath IT systems Division is unprofitable with no path to profitability Ultimately OKL will end up shuttered

Pros
the office is very nice and open. Time off is discretionary. Smart team with power over your day to day work.
Cons
The company is disorganized at times. It has undergone several layoffs that ultimately lead to bad company culture and attrition.
- Former Contractor★★★★★
Pros
All the best equipment. New York office are a big beautiful loft in Tribeca. The kitchen is amazing. Food, happy hour, unlimited vacation time and stock options for even the assistants.
Cons
Can be a bit snobby. I think they passed up some good talent and let go good temps because they didn't quite have the "look." Also, they are growing so fast they don't know what to do with themselves.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Authentic culture Leadership team and vision Great work life balance and DTO (discretionary time off) Passionate and talented people Progressive thinking Paperless culture Focus on people development Lunch provided on Wednesdays, snacks and breakfast options Great office space Openness to new ideas and different ways of working
Cons
Healthier snacks Finding efficiencies to get work done quicker

Pros
I wrote a review here in the last couple months, but I had to write again about the, very recent, corporate office move in SF. Many of us were a bit skeptical about management moving the office to SOMA. All of us here in SF came to the new office yesterday morning, and it's incredible - really incredible! I'm so proud to be working in a place that reflects who we are on the outside, and brings the beauty and style to the inside - for the employees to enjoy. And, they upgraded all our conference rooms to have cool AV and scheduling capabilities. The commute is easier, and finally - tons of lunch options!!! I really appreciate how much they put into making our work-space cool.
Cons
Since this post is all about the new space - the AC needs to be cranked up a bit. The only good part about our old space was that the bathrooms were huge... no waiting. These could be just a bit bigger, but its not terrible.
