I have been working at One Network full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good company. Nice benefits. If you are hard working, company really looks after you. There is some politics at lower level, but that's everywhere.

    Cons

salary is not as competitive as other similar companies. They do not match 401k too. Apart from that, there's not much con.

    Advice to Management

Be more systematic in project management. There is no code reviews at any level. The quality of code is decreasing day by day in absence of monitoring.

    Cons

Upper level managers needs innovation. They need to organize outing sometimes. The work is monotonous

    Advice to Management

Please focus on increasing salaries every year.

I have been working at One Network full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Flexible work environment, great people to work with, leading edge technology, very selective in their interview process, you can learn a lot in a very short period of time here, can be promoted pretty quickly if you shine.

    Cons

You need to be a self starter here...we are moving 90 miles an hour and your manager may not always be available....not sure if that is a con or not.

    "Innovative product, lacking in execution"

I have been working at One Network full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The product is ahead of its time, so that's exciting, but that also makes for long and resource intensive sales cycles, especially with risk-averse clients. This is the future of supply chain software.

    Cons

Resources are pushed to the limit. Difficult to get simple stuff done.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on the personal side of the business. It's not all about dollars and cents.

I have been working at One Network full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Depending on who you work for, there is a lot of wiggle room on things like working from home and comp time. The company has a lot of potential for success.

    Cons

Badly organized. Not a lot of leadership from the top. No real sales force. The company is CHEAP. Equipment, pay, training, etc. Unless we have to spend money, we won't.

    Advice to Management

Decide if you are a lean startup or a big Enterprise. You can't be both.

    Cons

I wish we had a cafeteria or workout place in the building

    Advice to Management

    Lets take our technologies overseas

    Pros

Very open and strong technical leadership from CTO. A technical heaven if you work under him directly.

    Cons

very slow appraisals. I received one in 4 years and sometimes its good to know whether you are on right track or not and what you can change.

    Advice to Management

Formalize a process for appraisals and feedback as people dont just work for a paycheck.
