    No opinion of CEO

I worked at One Network full-time for less than a year

    Pros

There are some brilliant minds and pleasant people here to work with if you are lucky enough. The company as a whole has a lot of ambition to grow in numbers and expand what is possible in the Supply Chain industry.

    Cons

In their attempt for rapid growth, rather than fixing the existing issues, a lot of really important aspects of the software development lifecycle are grossly out of date. Expect to manually deploy apps to any development stage (whether it is to QA or Production) and get stuck on a weekend fixing an easily avoidable issue if installing the apps was automated. Expect to manually manipulate database schemas on non-production...

    Advice to Management

Realize there are better tools and methods in 2019 to automate a lot of the SDLC process. Apps should NEVER be manually deployed. There is way too much room for human error. At least part of that process should be automated. There is a desperate need for formal training for newer hires, or expect the turnover rate to keep going up. Management needs to be reworked at the lower levels. There needs to be more accountability...

I have been working at One Network full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Flexible hours, no politics, chance to learn, annual salary increments.

    Cons

No holidays being transferred to next year. Use or Lose policy which kind of sucks in a way.

    Advice to Management

Please stop being so thrifty as in the end it is the happiness of the employees that will lead to you even greater heights. Other than that, keep up with the good work that you already do! :)

I have been working at One Network full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good company. Nice benefits. If you are hard working, company really looks after you. There is some politics at lower level, but that's everywhere.

    Cons

salary is not as competitive as other similar companies. They do not match 401k too. Apart from that, there's not much con.

    Advice to Management

Be more systematic in project management. There is no code reviews at any level. The quality of code is decreasing day by day in absence of monitoring.

I have been working at One Network full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Flexible work environment, great people to work with, leading edge technology, very selective in their interview process, you can learn a lot in a very short period of time here, can be promoted pretty quickly if you shine.

    Cons

You need to be a self starter here...we are moving 90 miles an hour and your manager may not always be available....not sure if that is a con or not.

    "Innovative product, lacking in execution"

    StarStarStarStarStar
Current Employee - Anonymous Employee in Arlington, VA

I have been working at One Network full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The product is ahead of its time, so that's exciting, but that also makes for long and resource intensive sales cycles, especially with risk-averse clients. This is the future of supply chain software.

    Cons

Resources are pushed to the limit. Difficult to get simple stuff done.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on the personal side of the business. It's not all about dollars and cents.
