I have been working at OneLogin full-time for less than a year

    Pros

This is hands down the best company I have ever worked for. 1) The pay is awesome. 2) The benefits are incredible and make employees feel taken care of. 3) The people are all really nice and a joy to be around which is hard to find in tech. 4) The work is very satisfying and is constantly getting more and more challenging (in a good way). 5) The management *really* cares about what everyone has to say. Even if you have feedback that might rival an agenda it is listened to and evaluated fairly. 6) The product is the best in the business - bar none.

    Cons

This isn't really a con but there's a steep onboarding curve for engineering. But, given the complexity of the product, it's par for the course.

    I worked at OneLogin full-time

    Pros

MacBook Pro given to new hires.

    Cons

Terrible technical debt. Low quality hires. Awful management that doesn't know how to lead. Extremely political. Just had a massive layoff so no stability.

I have been working at OneLogin full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Amazing people - funny, smart, kind; nurturing environment to be creative and thinking/acting boldly.

I worked at OneLogin full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The original founders are good people and try to create a great culture. Typical Silicon Valley benefits, pay. Not the abusive sales managers that you get so often in the Silicon Valley start-ups, at least the one based on the West Coast who I reported to is very cool.

    Cons

The original founders no longer run the company. The CEO tries to make it exciting but it isn't. It is like Okta for less money, but not a game changer. Heavy drinking culture which I guess some people like but not me. I don't like being around a bunch of drunks and there is a sizable group of heavy drinkers at OneLogin. They don't welcome those who don't drink and act stupid with them. The CRO has quite an ego and is old fashioned authoritarian. The people he brought are intoxicated with their power. Not much expertise on how to sell at the truly enterprise level. The CRO doesn't back the reps well when they need something. He is more of a heavy-handed guy than a helpful guy.

    I worked at OneLogin

    Pros

There’s a lot of work that needs to completed: a very sink or swim culture. Great people overall!

    Cons

The majority of the executive team have egos. Big ones. They don’t want to be involved and don’t want to manage. Middle managers don’t have process and don’t want to create process. Yes process is not fun, but we’re at a point now in which we need process and the unfun parts figured out to scale. We need to you to take ownership. Everyone wants to see customers but commit half your day to developing processes and fine tuning your teams. It’ll go a long way.

I worked at OneLogin full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - Amazing work life balance - Most of management isn't too micro-managy - Catered lunch every Friday

    Cons

OneLogin's SDR organization is an absolute mess where everyone has it out for themselves. There's absolutely NO collaboration between reps and 0 communication from management. Management fully operates from an individual contributor mindset, and have no idea how to build a collaborative culture between reps. People literally set other meetings with AE's they're not aligned to all because of the poor routing system, and god awful SFDC information. OneLogin constantly says they're a "start up" but the reality is this is a company that has been around for 10 years, and still has no process around lead routing, splitting up territories between reps, or outbounding. Not to mention the fact that their marketing team has no idea what they're doing, and pushes out awful, competitor bashing content in hopes that it will bring in more inbound leads.
