    Decent base salary, good benefits.

    Cons

    The commission structure makes it VERY difficult to earn. I've achieved upwards of 200% of my sales goals and have received a total payout of $275.

    Change the comp structure.

      Team members taken care of better than management team, unrealistic expectations, salaried employees expected to work ridiculous amount of hours, no appreciation for loyalty to the company.

      Go back to working on making it a great place to work

      Good benefits after 30 days, nice 401k match by the company. Four percent match. Decent work hours. Monday through Friday with 1 Saturday a month

      Cons

      High pressure job. Must be really good at sales. Very goal oriented. Goals change by the quarter. Policies change very frequently.

      Pros

      Im only doing this because it is required for reviews and because I hate to be held against my freewill I will keep it as basic as possible. Good benefits.

      Cons

      The company was great when it was Springleaf, since it has turned into OneMain the management and expectations are ridiculous. There is a reason it is up for sale once again, I doubt employees want to work in that magnitude.

      Advice to Management

      Relax ! Business will always be intact because you are in the financial field. Money does not stop but your employees should always have the desire to want to work for you. Without the frontline your company will be nothing so its important that the managers always make them feel appreciated which was not always the case. I have 3 managers and the last one was the worst

      Long hours plus a couple Saturday's per month Very high pressure Not a team environment Disconnect from upper management and corporate to branch level High unattainable goals Upper management micromanaged No room for growth

      If you treat your employees better, they'll work better. Promote based on skills and abilities exemplified of being a good leader, as opposed to only ability to sell. But then train these people properly for their positions, otherwise you're only setting people up to fail. Also, micromanaging is a proven ineffective way to manage.
