I have been working at OneOC for less than a year

    Pros

Implement growth and new ideas, positive staff, teamwork environment, and provide interns the opportunity to learn.

    Cons

At times, there was slow internet service causing work to take longer to finish than necessary.

I have been working at OneOC full-time for more than a year

    Pros

OneOC puts an effort to value their staff to prevent the staff turnover that is so common in this sector. Nice benefits are offered which you don't always find elsewhere. The staff are friendly and it is a good work environment.

    Cons

Although the benefits are nice, salary is low for most employees. Generally understaffed, but that's true of the whole sector. Can sometimes feel like it's not a nonprofit because of how the organization is structured.

    Pros

co-workers who no longer work there

    Cons

Do not respect their staff or value them. Make up excuses when people leave other then seeing the real problem.

    Advice to Management

With a mass exodus of employees you should probably check the manager they are under usually that is the problem.
