    Good people to work with. Vacation benefits are decent

    Always trying to make employees do more with less. New 401k program is garbage.

    Hire more experienced personnel. Pay people what they're worth.

    People you work with are great.

    Management very short sighted.
    Continually playing catch up.
    Pay not competitive.
    Benefits were better under Cameron.

    *solid learning opportunity & industry knowledge development
    *401k & health benefits are solid
    *engineering program is a good overall experience
    *Lots Of experience to be gained working on subsea projects

    *overcrowded
    *pay is average for the amount of responsibility put on your shoulders

    Keep employee engagement up, else they will resent their workplace and talent will leave.
