I have been working at OneSupport part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Flexible scheduling, work from home, sense of accomplishment, visible results, retirement benefits, acceptable pay, open communication, higher management actively scouts employees for new projects or higher paying positions. PTO accrual increases with time employed. Most Team Leaders encountered have been wonderful to work with, and very understanding of life changes. Excellent upward mobility, with plenty of chances to increase pay and hours. As another reviewer said, most coworkers foster a fantastic work environment. The Spark chat tool keeps communication easy and open, and most teams will allow you to discuss just about anything while working, within reason. Some do require chats to stick to work-related topics only.

    Cons

Poor communication from upper management, some Team Leaders can be overbearing or fail to see subordinates as people with emotional and psychological needs or limitations. This also comes into play with coworkers as well. Occasionally Spark chats will contain unprofessional or downright rude language or behavior, though this is generally kept to a minimum with a good Team Leader. Holidays are incredibly limited, some only counting certain hours of the day as the actual holiday. As another reviewer stated, holiday bonuses were slashed without warning or explanation given this past year. Where they had been a few hundred after taxes in years past, almost all bonuses were under $100 last year, varying based on length of employment. We received no explanation, and no notice. Internal tools aren't always updated immediately with new policies or procedures, occasionally making it difficult to find new information during early implementation.

Less pay than an in person position, but it is remote and you come out on top.

    Pros

Work From Home, and Team Leaders and Level 2's are great. Good Training program and benefits. Job is pretty straight forward. Flexible Schedules.

    Cons

Tools are outdated and crash often, and certain contractors' customers can be very hard to work with. Hours at times may be hard to come by.
