I have been working at Onin Group as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

They found me a job right away

    Cons

They need to focus on their customer service and find better staff member not people that feels better than anyone, they want the attention instead of focusing on the person they have in front of them.

    Advice to Management

Head management doesn't really know what happens at the branch offices, only what they hear not what they can see with their own eyes. Staff members showing up to work with drunk and using drug medications while at work. PAY ATTENTION.

I worked at Onin Group part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Weekly pay!:-)the pay was about the most decent part of working for the company, but for the back-breaking slave-driving labor it is not worth it,when it comes to your health condition, and letting the employer directly disrespect you! integrity is everything you have, next to your word.

    Cons

Getting them to get back in touch, they could do a better job.
    Employer's are non-compassionate. - @ Askew warehouse., Mobile, AL
No diversity some racial tension still - @ John Fayard Warehouse., Mobile, AL or "Theodore"!

    Advice to Management

    Find better employer's,who are fair&Compassionate.Diversity!
