Staff members who cared about students and their community.
Cons
District level leadership is all about appearances. Seems more important to make it look good than to actually improve things. Too many of them who get made up jobs and don't have any real knowledge about the position they get hooked up with. They are critical of the few staff who stay to try to improve things and make it better. Certain communities only care about sports and tradition. Staff are asked to do more and more for less because they can't keep people. Most principals I worked with were nice and cared about staff, but they wouldn't do much about poor student and staff behavior. Bad student and parent behavior and not feeling supported by admin is what is running away staff.
