You can’t use your phone. Hiring freeze so you can only get contract jobs.

Pros
Great pay, benefits and pension if FULL time, particularly if you join out of school. Reasonable hours and you don't take work home. The best pro was a forward thinking CEO who has since left the company.
Cons
Company is shrinking so there is no internal movement, only rotations. No upward mobility. Toxic culture that does not believe in flexibility and depending on the division - does not believe in diversity. Do your research on the group you are joining as this matters. Management versus Union employees are treated differently and many management employees are subject to "drive by shooting" style firings on a... regular basis.

Awesome place to learn a ton of information Very interesting place to work Very safe place to work Great pay benefits and pension (if full time)
Cons
Great if you are full time but if you are a term it's a little bit different a lot of uncertainty Union does not care about terms and you pay double the Union dues than full time

You need Nuclear Operators hire terms full time.
