    I worked at Onward Technologies Inc. full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great place to work. Lots of opportunities to grow. As a Recruiter several options to make money. These guys have Tons of requirements & great relationship with their customers.
    Never in my life had witnessed most of the candidates getting hired without even interview. Amazing Sales team. They work with OEMs & several T1 Automotive companies
    Building New office opening next year I guess?

    Cons

    Had to leave for personal reasons.

    Advice to Management

    Small advice to Top Management not working from here, start listening to your Sales team. Too much interference could be a problem.

    Pros

    Great group in Rosemont/Milwaukee. Professional, talented, focused on winning. Great office environment, great culture. This group has an aggressive career path for growth and compensation.

    Cons

    Aggressive, & competitive group. If you are not interested in career growth, salary growth, and being an industry leading performer, this is not the place for you. Management does not micro manage, employees are expected to perform at a high level.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to promote career growth, and income growth. Internal training is always important and can always be improved. Continue to operate in a communication first environment.

    Pros

    Great young management team in Rosemont (Chicago), consistently working on innovative ways to sell, manage, recruit and promote from within. Consistent revenue growth, which allows for internal promotion and pay increases. Top performers are awarded well for effort and performance. Professional atmosphere, yet a fun team environment. Great office. Positive, winning attitude all around with every employee. Bad attitudes, and can't do attitudes do not thrive or survive in this organization. Performance and attitude is the signature of the typical employee.

    Cons

    Very low tolerance for poor performance and management does not hesitate to address this. Poor attitudes are called out quickly without hesitation. Extremely competitive environment.

    Everyone is great to be around in the office.. The Leadership is very supportive and extremely helpful! We have gym in the building which fits perfectly for lunch time workouts!

    Major growth mode for 2016 into 2017. Competitive salary, benefits, and commissions, great team environment and culture.

    Cons

    Smaller office - but this is also a pro!

    > Great Bonus plans
    > Enough opportunities to grow internally
    > Get recognition for what you do
    > If you are good then you can get a leadership or promotion out of turn.
    > Young team so no BS !

    Cons

    > Managers have a winning culture here. Can be demanding at times.
    > Sometimes support functions can be slow to respond.

    Advice to Management

    Get some more senior managers in everywhere... you guys have some great clients and loyal ones too... and ya continue to do what you do in terms of the bonus plans... it makes a lot of people happy across levels.
