    Pros

-Comapny's CEO holds all round knowledge and is a competent professional. -Good to explore various departments that is not possible in big MNCs -Great Work Environment

    Cons

-Supervisors need to learn and appreciate team member's growth instead of self boasting -They have a young technical architect who interferes in all activities. Try to avoid conflicts with him -Delayed Salary -Very slow growth for freshers in terms of salary

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at OodlesTechnologies

    Pros

They offer you a lucrative salary.

    Cons

They don't credit salary on time. You have to request HR for days. Delay in salary for one month is normal here. They are having very few clients and most of them are working on obsolete technologies. Changing a project means loosing job. Team leads dont know "T" of technology. They have only on HR manager who is the wife of the company owner. Very unprofessional.

    Pros

Did not see any pros in company but they have a coffee machine to wake you up in office time.

    Cons

    1. Worse Management. 2. Unexperienced Team leads. 3. Delayed Salary. 4. Fake Positive reviews. If some add bad review they add 4 positive fake reviews to maintain rating. 5. After the reliving of employee they are giving negative feedback for employees. 6. Its a family company running a glossary store. 7. Force every employee to work on any technology regardless of your previous experience. 8. Freshers have to fill 1 year bond. 9. They keep the original certificates and when employee wants to leave company they ask for money. 10. Always blame junior employees for failure of projects. 11. Team leads misuse their powers. 12. Hell level politics. 13. It's a school you need to sit on your seat for 9 hours.

    I worked at OodlesTechnologies

    Pros

I have joined at oodles technologies as a fresher , worked here more than 1.6 year. The company is very good. Some senior people are very nice, you can learn a lot from them , they are always there to help you at any time. Good growth to the deserving employees after every 6 month I got more than 50 % hike on my first increment. This was my first company and overall a very good company to work and learn how to handle the challenges.

    Cons

    1. Delay in salary that is the main reason employees feels insecure and step forward to file resign. 2. When someone resign's they don't let him go on good terms ask him to sign NDA, force him to show his offer letter and not to join some listed companies , this is very bad I mean you are now 200+ employee company ,you carry some reputation in market and doing so will spoil your image in industry. 3. Lack of boot camp and training session for fresher , and company expect from them to follow best practice.
