    Pros

Flexible work environment, little hierarchy, good people to work with, middle and upper management that know their area and focus on results (but balanced with employee needs).

    Cons

I've heard office politics is an issue, but it wasn't a factor as far as I saw.

    Advice to Management

Keep the values always alive. Core strengths are unbelievable sincere and cultivated from CEO to any lower level, reaching the Customer like a charm. This is great. Advice? Well, invest on Contractors as well, they are also responsible to build company name. Maybe, review some travel policies and take care about soft skills, because they are also important to keep the service always in the high level.

I have been working at Openet full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - higher than local market pay.

    - flexi working hour: work from home once in a while, should be 9 to 530 but it's ok to 10 to 5 or even 11 to 4.

    - annual leaves are accumulated up to 30 over days but you usually can't finish them because you can work from home why take leaves?

    - dental optical 800/yr, gym 60/mth, winter clothes 800/3yr, transport 110/yr, med card for family, etc.

    - tech skills are not so important. Increment, bonus and promotion are mostly based on how socialable you are. Hint: drink !

    - don't be affraid of screwing up, get complaints or not competent enough. Company always have the right role for you. For example: if you are not good in doing tech work but good in presenting yourself, you will most likely to get promoted to manager or team lead to manage people. You get to decide the increment and the bonus of the real talented people. Even if you get complaints a lot by the team members, as long as the leads like you, they will create a special role just for you. You get to escape from the mess and get promoted. Lead will protect you.

    - you can change team easily. When you are bored or skrew up in a team, change team or change role! Then you will have the excuses to enjoy a few months of sweet time to learn stuff and don't have to do work. Once they expect you to start taking up work, change again! You will get another few months off. No performance in the end? It won't be, remember what I said above: hint: drink!

    - there are teams which are less hectic and easier to get good performance review rating. Find them out and join them!

    Cons

Cons? You must he kidding. Ofcourse none!

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

    Pros

Friendly working environment. Management was personable and easy to get along with. An invaluable source of early career experience. With what you put in you will get out.

    Cons

outdated office space, not very central. Needs more investment in resources. In office, canteen is basic at best. building 6 facilities need more maintenance.

    Advice to Management

More emphasis needs to be put on rewarding those who carry the teams. A bit of praise goes a long way.

I have been working at Openet full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    - People and work atmosphere is the best! Supportive and friendly colleagues.
    - Great place to learn and develop personally and professionally . Plenty of opportunities and challenge if you are up for it!
    - Location - easy and painless commute to work.
    - Benefits are good.
    - Work-life balance is good.

    Cons

    - Office space needs some rejigging.
    - For some people leader is just a title.

    Advice to Management

Put more focus on your people!
Identify your true leaders in the organization and let them inspire and lead your people! There are some great opportunities for Openet to grab and amazing things to do, but in order to do it you need to focus on a human, not the process.

    Pros

Dynamic organization with many opportnuities to develop skills

    Cons

Growing too fast, need to control the growth

    Advice to Management

Should work to deploy more structrure and process to avoid problems with rapid growth and expansion. Better assimilation of new employees into the organization.
