    a large proportion of data analysts team is in China and India, which means team members are possible not in the same office. update info by the phone call.

    1. Work may get repetitive across projects
    2. May need to be little pro active during holidays or even weekends sometimes

    Advice to Management

    1. Focus more on low level retention in operations domain so that attrition at those levels can be minimized by shadow staffing project analytics people with senior analytics people so that they can see some career prospects.
    2. Put high performing employees on a fast track program so that they can grow much faster as those employees would be loyal to the organization as well as simultaneously learn and grow his/her career too

    We have flexible working hours, so you can manage your time well accordingly. The people here are all talented, and graduated from top universities, you can learn a lot from them.
