    Pros

    Flexible work timings
    Good office location

    Cons

This is a good example of how a team and company can get ruined with no values or integrity. Values is just a webpage on the website with absolutely no meaning. Worked for 5 years and never had a meaningful review. Politics is very very high even for such a small company. You don't need merit or credentials to be successful just be friends/part of the Boss's club. Since the Boss also got his position doing the same.

    Advice to Management

Analyze why the company is still a startup for the past 10 years! with exponentially decreasing revenues. I think the company needs the product signalhub more than its client's now.

    Pros

We have flexible working hours, so you can manage your time well accordingly. The people here are all talented, and graduated from top universities, you can learn a lot from them.

    Cons

project is long, skill set learnt here might not be applicable to other industry and company

I have been working at Opera Solutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Advanced algorithms, large platform experience, flixible hours, small office

    Cons

Previous development practices with focus on delivery rather than quality resulted in a code base, which has a incredible number of bugs. Most of the effort goes towards bug fixing, rather than new development. This may change depending on when you join the company or not apply to you depending on your particular role.

  8. "Just Average!"

    Pros

Friday Lunch, Flexible Timings, and some people are really talented. Apart from that, social life at work is good. Regular outings and parties.

    Cons

Doesn't offer a lot of growth scope at RDA level. High level of politics and your growth depends on favoritism of manager!

    Advice to Management

Create a more growth conducive environment.

I worked at Opera Solutions full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Company allows employees to work independently. Good work/life balance for some positions. Good co-workers while they last. Turnover is very high due to the unkept promises.

    Cons

Absolutely no transparency into the health of the company. No leadership to respect. Management is a complete joke. This company can turn the hardest worker into a negative employee.

    Advice to Management

Become a silent partner and hire someone from the outside that cares about employees to run the company before you go under.

    Neutral Outlook

    Pros

    Flexible timing

    Low work pressure

    Market competetive salary compensation

    Cons

Trainings programs needs to be framed to improve employee knowledge in their respective domains.

Increments are somwhere look like distributed to partial working population only.

Policy for employees growth path and self development should be framed.

    Advice to Management

Emphasis on G&A and support department should be more to give them motivation.

Increments should be as per market standards and should be distributed as per individual performances
