I worked at Opex full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Product line is 100 percent oem Opex. Parts are built by Opex also. Work is easy nothing too brainbusting on a daily basis.

    Cons

Low pay for expected skill level, unless 18 -25 year old, wont support a family . Some of the basic support software could use some more polish.

    Advice to Management

You can stop the revolving door of techs by paying more and maybe improve tech manuals. Too many "engineers " at home office, equipment isn't that complex.

I worked at Opex full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nice environment, clean and quiet for the most part. Bosses who acted like they cared. Good feeling of productivity.

    Cons

Dead end job! It was all about who you knew and who liked who. Pretty insulting raises. Hard work was not rewarded. Laziness was tolerated. Quality Control was compromised.

    Advice to Management

Pay a livable wage and dont show favoritism.
