    I worked at Opexa full-time

    Pros

Great co-workers. That is the only good thing about this company.

    Cons

Managers are overreaching and micromanage. Creative thinking is discouraged and not appreciated. Senior management is constantly bickering, creating very hostile environment. Very unstable business with poor compensations and miserable benefits. Most employees are overworked while favorites are not required to work (literally).

    Advice to Management

Stop playing favorites. Allow people to grow and listen to your employees. Get rid of the lazy bags that are only weighing you down; others are tired of doing their jobs. Appreciate those who bring scientific knowledge and regulatory expertise.

    I worked at Opexa full-time

    Pros

There are a handful of smart, intelligent people that work there. This is not always a good thing, sometimes egos get in the way of progress.

    Cons

Toxic environment, low moral, managers play to their favorites. You work extremely hard for no appreciation.

    Advice to Management

There are often two sides to every story.

I worked at Opexa full-time for less than a year

    Pros

There were maybe 4 good people working there. Out of 35.

    Cons

-Low pay -Zero work life balance -Terrible, expensive benefits -Management did not care one bit about employees (ie no time off for things like birth of a child) -Getting cussed at for the most minor of mistakes -Discriminatory employee treatment -Unstable company -Clean room was a joke -Management had no clue what the were doing

    Advice to Management

Quit. Go manage a fast food restaurant.
