I have been working at Opinion Access full-time

    Pros

Flexible work schedule, air conditioned in Summer; heated in Winter. Nice people and you don't have to sell anything.

    Cons

sometimes you can't work as much as you like since they need more people when they are really busy, and less people when they aren't that busy.

I have been working at Opinion Access part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

immediate hire, easy interview process just pay attention, bilinguals make $9 per hour and $8 when conducting english surveys, no strict dresscodes (use common sense people), some of their staff are very professonal and helpful and truly want you to succseed. everyone is given a fair chance, but its up to you to take it...

    Cons

the interview process should be better at filtering people that cant read/write, some people dont take their work seriously some act and look a mess... also the office is kinda dark and depressing,

    Advice to Management

sometype of uniform should be in effect, that might help some people get into a more professonal mindset, also the place could use better lighting, the dim lighting is depressing and tiresome..

I worked at Opinion Access full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Fairly easy job ( you just sit and call people to complete surveys)
    Get paid weekly !
    Fixed hours and days
They hire practically anybody that can type, speak and listen
    Long hours

    Cons

They hire practically anybody...makes for an interesting work atmosphere
    Long hours
    Kinda boring
    Rude people on the phone

    Advice to Management

When training, try not to psyche people out about what the job is really about. There is no need to be condescending, loud and obnoxious during training. Other than that, keep at it.

I have been working at Opinion Access part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

My customer service experience improved and communicating with people over the phone became easier.

    Cons

Not fair to workers, doesn't permit them to join a union. Employees were preparing to strike.
You were only trained for one survey, and they won't assign you to another for a long time.

    Advice to Management

Train your employees to ALL of the surveys, so you don't have to keep looking for others. Letting your employees unionize isn't a bad idea either.
