    Pros

Employees can wear very comfortable, casual attire. Break times and lunch are generous.

    Cons

Supervisors are unprofessional. We often switch surveys from night to night without being briefed. There is alot of hostility between employees. I do not feel safe working there.

    Advice to Management

Management should encourage us to work more as a team, and be more responsive when we need assistance.

    Advice to Management

I've worked here for about 6 months now and plan on leaving in a few days. I would not seriously recommend Opinion Access to anyone who is seriously looking to make a career out of working here. When I started in May at first eveyrthing was fine, then every other day there was drama, in-fighting, lying, mistreatment, verbal harassment, threats and the list goes on. The job its self was okay but there were too many breaks, and working 40 hours for $205 makes one wonder. You cant talk to anyone with any good answer as to why the pay scale changes every other week. You cant ask a question without being spoken to like a child (I'm 67)

Learn how to speak to adults - more experienced employees who know mathematics need to keep up with their hours as many people have complained of missing hours which means your paycheck will not contain all of your pay hours. They will always find
a way to blame 'you' while speaking down to you about anything which will deflect the issue away from them. This company needs to be investigated pronto.

    Pros

Interacting with public on telephone talking about interesting topics and subjects.Opportunities for alot of work hours and overtime when busy during specific call seasons.

    Cons

Work slow downs when projects end suddenly. Lack of professional attitude with some staff. Hours are abruptly cut if work slows down. Production goals sometimes limits your ability to earn if you cannot stay on rate with the call average.

    Advice to Management

Create more consistent professional environment with some supervisors who play favorites, are not knowledgeable and sometimes gives misinformation as well as not helpful if you have questions.

I worked at Opinion Access part-time

    Pros

They hire pretty much anyone who can speak English fluently and fire almost no one. Good to get yourself started if you are disabled, have a criminal record, been out of work for like a decade or more, didnt finish high school, or dont want a serious job with a lot of commitment. Very flexible hours. You would have to do somethng REALLY bad to be fired here. If you complete a lot of surveys you get a lot of bonuses.

    Cons

If you do not complete at least 2 surveys an hour expect a very low pay check every month. The pay is unbelievably low for bad performers. Only worth taking the job if you can convince a lot of people to complete surveys otherwise dont bother. Even mc donalds would pay better. Also got to work at least one day EVERY weekend.
