I worked at Opinion Access part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You get to conduct a wide variety of interviews and speak with all kinds of interesting people. Bonuses can be earned for exceeding quotas.

    Cons

Large periods of little to no work for certain parts of the year, oftentimes people were there just to sit down for two hours and then sent home. Payroll issues from time to time where bonuses and hours worked don't line up with the amount to be paid. Limited opportunity for overtime, as people tend to get sent home as they approach or exceed the limit for regular pay.

    Advice to Management

If you know payroll is going to be messing with peoples' checks, warn them in advance so they can plan accordingly. Try to monitor people discreetly, as I occasionally noticed people falsify interviews when they though no one was looking, which effects survey quality and performance comparisons.

    Pros

Employees can wear very comfortable, casual attire. Break times and lunch are generous.
