    Pros

    Sentara, the umbrella Healthcare company has great benefits and provides tuition reimbursement. Able to work remotely.

    Cons

    The quality of the work environment could be improved. Unprofessional communication all throughout the board and favoritism is very noticeable. This company is the definition of the corporate stereotype (all about the business, not much concern for the the people involved). Management doesn't have answers most of the time which makes an easy job harder. Management is weirdly strict on restroom time (seriously?).

    Pros

    Working from home now instead of going to the office which for me allows a great balance. compensation is good.

    Cons

    No communication, lack of respect from team members, team does not work together. No solid leadership. You will only grow or advance based on who you know not what you know.
