    Pros

    Good working environment, good team.

    Cons

There is limited resource regarding in-house engineer team. However it is hard to maintain a engineer team at the company of small size.

I have been working at Optimal CAE full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Just slightly better medical benefits

    Cons

This company will place you at OEM or suppliers but that is where their responsibilities end. The employee gets very poor support in getting a raise or when having any problems with the onsite employer. All this company is interested in is to get a cut of your salary for doing minimal work. This and similar companies are the conduit to provide cheap foreign labor mainly to Ford, GM, Chrysler.

    Advice to Management

The owner started this business as a minority company. Support your employees that are contracted out. Stand by your rhetoric when you hire a new candidate.
