Pros
Being able to build a connection with the residents is awesome. Free food. (staff get are fed half as much as the residents)
Cons
No structure, the higher management doesn't know what they're doing and make the worst decisions. Horrible training, I was just thrown in there on my first day on the job while dealing with potentially dangerous juvenile offenders. Most the staff are corrupt, if you aren't "cool" like the rest of the staff and actually do your job you will become a target.

Horrible management and unorganized supervisors. They treat you like trash and have super high expectations yet they model unprofessional behavior. All they care about is billing clients and making money for the company. They are not authentic and genuine in helping others. This place has a high turnover rate because no one wants to work in these types of unrealistic expectations. low pay
