    Low pay rate for a lot of work/ high expectations for employees to stay overtime. Inconsistent scheduling. Understaffed.

    Pros

    Opportunity to help troubled youth and a make a difference in their lives. Great staff and coworkers. Don't have to wake up early, 10-6 schedule.

    Cons

    Paperwork paperwork paperwork. You will work more than what your paid for. Upper management has unrealistic expectations, like most non profit dmh sites.

    Praise employees more for their hard work. This job is tough. Appreciation goes a long way.

    Horrible management and unorganized supervisors. They treat you like trash and have super high expectations yet they model unprofessional behavior. All they care about is billing clients and making money for the company. They are not authentic and genuine in helping others. This place has a high turnover rate because no one wants to work in these types of unrealistic expectations. low pay

    3 weeks paid vacation, 401K & daily free lunch. Flex time (every other Mon. off) Flexible work environment.

    Cons

    Definitely lower paid for what I did. Probably lower than a competitor

    Good clinical programs. Support is available and of excellent quality. Great hands on learning opportunities. Excellent clinical supervision available. Offers up to date trainings in field related topics. Offer Evidence based practice training in Seeking Safety. Creativity encouraged. Children are well taken care of and provided with excellent clinical services as well as extra curricular activities. One stop... shopping approach - everything they need is available to them.
