I have been working at Optimus Telecomunicações full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Being the third telecommunications operator in Portugal and the youngest of the top three, agility and innovation are mandatory in order to work for Optimus.
Growth based on innovative products, cost effective business models and tight budget control are key to the company's success!

    Cons

The scale / size factor when competing with the incumbent, is the topmost difficulty to be faced.
The challenge to outrun the very large installed client base of the main operator is a constant climb that the company needs to circumvent.
