I have been working at Opus Bank for more than 3 years

    Pros

This is a place where if you work hard, embrace the culture and get over your own concept of what traditional banking should be you will love it. Cons

The computer system isn't great. We need better training. Communication could improve. Everyone needs to understand why we do what we do.

This bank is not like other institutions that pay you an incentive for opening a $25.00 checking account for a college student -- if there is no immediate revenue generated by your office, then you will not receive any compensation. Additional investments should be made to build out the technology infrastructure...
