    I worked at Opus Bank full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    A very nice regional bank that has a lot to offer to their target clientele which includes high net worth individuals; especially Multi Family Unit owners

    Cons

    No substantive issues on the downside

    I have been working at Opus Bank full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Pay and benefits are good if you are single

    Cons

    lack of resources. Reduced staff to bare minimum. No lunch or breaks. Rediculous! They work you to death.

    Advice to Management

    No management skills whatsoever.
