    I worked at Opus Consulting Solutions full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    1. Flexible timing but need to complete 45 hours week.
    2. Good colleague but not much work

    Cons

    1. No projects
    2. So many people are on bench.
    3. If you are new guy and u are not getting projects, you will be starved to get confirmation. Many people they have fired before confirmation due to lack of projects.
    4. If you are going for iOS/android, its red alert for you.
    5. You may need to switch to other technology

    Advice to Management

    1. Please dont convince people to resign if there is no work. Manager follow the hidden trick to divert people towards resignation.
    2. Dont hire and fire people if you dont need it.
    3. Make your employer confortable instead of showing them how much power manager do have and how managers can use it.
    4. Some manager use words like dont make me uncomfortable else i will make you uncomfortable. Basically free environment is responsible best productivity.
    5. Most of employees are planning to resign so just find out the reason why they are not happy.
    6. Please dont do micro management.

    Pros

    Good salary hikes,fixed salary no variable component.

    Cons

    9 hours of working mandatory. No job security. Once the lead feels that you are threat to his/her position , will create condition to get you fired. Please don't join as there is no job security.

    No proper documentation maintained of the work. Lot of reworks and also no growth and no new technology used. I you want to lean and grow then this is not a place to be.

    Advice to Management

    Please apply your own mind before taking any decision.

    Opus has god onsite opportunity

    Cons

    - Less salary compared to other organisation
    - Onsite opportunity is just a luck not the hard work.
    - Learning curve is less

    Field serves in banking sector which is more interesting.

    Cons

    Escalated issue will get high priority and superior will put pressure on you because it deals with banking

    Better pay is offered compared to other service based companies in Pune. There is ample opportunity for growth if you like to take initiatives.

    Cons

    Work Life balance not good. Bosses stay around longer and expect the employees to do the same. Not a come come in time and leave in time kind of company

    You should care about employees and consider the work life balance aspect of the job as well. A better communication training package can help boost the quality of workforce
