    Pros

Compensation in sales and benefits. Great customers. 401k and stock very good. Great products, development and support organization. Wonderful headquarters

    Cons

Culture culture culture. Incredible leaders, 1 after another, have departed since the current CEO arrived. Very sad. It was a wonderful place.

    Advice to Management

Lead by example, lead with passion and sincerity and value your work force

    Pros

Good company to work, quite agile as things can happen very fast and adapt as per customer needs

    Cons

License Audits to drive ULA along with hidden Cloud solutions sold to the customer as part of the ULA and environment very political.

I worked at Oracle full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

It was a paycheck that paid the bills. Friendships with colleagues.

    Cons

The most narcissistic leadership in the business. Finds a way to not pay employees. Impossible to get bonus. Will never see a raise. Meanwhile executives are the highest paid in the industry and provide absolutely no value.

    Advice to Management

Fire everyone at the top. This will never happen until the company hits rock bottom and things get much worse. Get off the sinking ship. There is no hope here.

I have been working at Oracle full-time

    Pros

Lots of neat things to learn at Oracle. How to incorporate closed source and open source technologies together

    Cons

Really large, can be difficult to navigate, but over time time you can find some great people to work with and make a difference.

    Advice to Management

Consider more room for advancement. Sometimes, it is hard to move up the ranks.

    I worked at Oracle full-time

    Pros

This is a great brand with outstanding technical products. Truly a leader in the Database space.

    Cons

There is too much division within the company and no encouragement or incentive to work with other parts of the company. The greatest competition is within their own walls and it is costing them money and talent.
