    I really enjoy the job and what I do. The vision and mission of the university is great and something very inspiring to work for.

    Cons

    The leadership at ORU is shoddy at best. I have seen and heard some very questionable things that makes me believe leadership uses the university as a personal platform for their own advantage.

    Fear-based leadership Unhealthy strain on mental health due to unattainable goals Lack of feedback unless it's negative Denied vacation time and made to feel bad if you take sick time Lots of overtime without pay Time taken advantage of and not compensated for
