I have been working at Orametrix (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Family orientated company, great people, caring management team, flexible hours, and overall a great work environment.

    Cons

Bonuses are your pay raise. It's not really a con.

I worked at Orametrix (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The people I worked with there are by far and large, good folks.

    Cons

I heard of something called a raise for many years, but this beast never existed at the company outside of the management team.

    Advice to Management

Consider the cost of replacement of a worker. It's normally cheaper to give them at least a cost of living increase than to retrain a new person.

I have been working at Orametrix full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Excellent people to work with, very professional and understanding when it comes to family needs (such as requesting time off or needing to leave at a moments notice)

    Cons

You will NEVER get a raise. Some people have been here 5+ years without any type of raise, but they always keep the carrot on the stick. The benefits package SUCKS. Recognition almost non-existent.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees better and you won't have all the talent leaving to go to the competition.

I worked at Orametrix full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Casual atmosphere and fun working environment other than that there's nothing. No other pros to write about. They have no idea what great employees they have there. They don't care.

    Cons

Management doesn't listen to their employees at all! There is no room for advancement at all! They claim they appreciate their employees but it's just a facade. They tell their employees that they are replaceable all the time. Horrible CEO.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. You may learn something.
