        Recommends

I worked at Orange Coast College part-time for more than 20 years

        Pros

Literature and Languages is a supportive and collaborative department, allowing a great deal of freedom to its instructors while also offering support and guidance where needed.

        Cons

I love the campus and the collegiate atmosphere. Any 'complaints' I have are not unique to the campus but to the overall state of the English discipline on two-year campuses (funding, full-time/part-time ratios, etc.).
