I worked at Orange full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Stable revenues,
    Reasonable office working conditions,
    Opportunity to work internationally,
    A well known brand

    Cons

    Few opportunities for learning,
Many obsolete positions with people not really adding value but just occupying a role,
Too many managers not really managing anything,
A culture of last minute requests despite workload not being high,
Territorial culture where information is not shared to improve efficiency,
    Culture of impoliteness

    Advice to Management

Promote the competent, not just the fonctionnaires

Look to develop those who are integrating and sharing information between teams, not those who are trying to control it for their own self-justification.

Ignore which University someone went to, rather look at what they add today.

Try to develop Female staff while respecting their work-life balance
