I worked at Orange Lake Resorts full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Not difficult work at all. Once you know what you're doing, you pretty much just go on your own to get the job done.

    Cons

Training can be a bit rough due to the lack of trainer(s). Can be hard to learn what you need to do specifically because a lot of the situations are always changing depending on the guest.

    Advice to Management

Possibly scripting wouldn't hurt for new hires to go by and maybe making sure that training manuals/guides are updated.
