    Pros

Orange Business Services treats their employees, customers, and partners with respect. The work environment is friendly. It is a truly global company, so you get to work with people of many cultures.

    Cons

Given that Orange is a technology company, I think they may undervalue their technical people on the front line.

Try to clear out politics and promote team activities. Also try promoting involvement from associate level employees as well
