    Pros

Large Company, latest technology, global reach and opportunities. A great company to work for if you are starting your career.

Communicate with your employees better than you currently do. Make management decisions based upon not just financial considerations. Improve your internal intranet - it is rubbish.

    Pros

Good company with better than average salary and amazing paid leave program.

    Cons

Limited vacancies in the US due to so much off-shoring.

    Advice to Management

Don't substitute employee cost for quality service. Cost savings are an important part of any business, but so is customer service. Without customers, you have no business.

I have been working at Orange full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Orange is a French company, provides good vacation allowance, good colleagues and co-working relationships. Good networking opportunities and support for conference attendance.

    Cons

Orange's compensation is not on par for San Francisco, measuring against corresponding roles in competing telecom companies, limited growth opportunities.

    Advice to Management

Encourage more direct communication and collaboration with France. Better benefits at work, look to other San Franciscan tech companies for examples.
