    Negative Outlook

I have been working at OrangeTee full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Good location, some friendly colleagues

    Cons

Traditional industry, have been trying to transform, but its slow, plain talk, non-actionable. Traditional real-estate firm that it's not on par with the latest technology.

    Positive Outlook

    I worked at OrangeTee full-time

    Pros

Great working experience with everyone. All departments come and work together and there is a synergy. Great culture too as everyone is friendly and willing to help.

    Cons

Sometimes during busy or peak period can be very stressful but it is manageable. To improvise process and systems so in order to run effectively.

    Advice to Management

To be open in hearing all feedbacks. Understand from the ground and hearing from staff is essential and necessary. To have more staff welfare.
