    Pros

    I love teaching the GT students.
    We are a small district so we are a family.
    I love the rural atmosphere.
    We have an awesome principal and superintendent.

    Cons

    Too many meetings
    Not being able to concentrate on the lessons for the students due to meetings

    The pay is decent and the students aren't too bad. Different type of setting if you aren't use to being around kids.

    It's a long hiring process

    Pay suck! Closer districts get paid more.

    Increase pay for all employees not just the ones in the district off.
