    Pros

Benefits are outstanding and the people are wonderful to work with. They solve problems together and are always ready to help.

    Cons

There is a lot of turnover but most of it is because of the changing technologies in the field and the demand for new skills

I worked at Orbis full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The hiring process is quick and easy. The temp. agency schedules a physical exam for you to see if you are in a phyical condition that can support the strenuous physical efforts of the job. Many opportunities for overtime pay!

    Cons

A high rate of turnover. They are often understaffed and you are asked to work overtime and weekends often. Physically exhausting.

    Pros

The best reason to work for Orbis is the relaxed environment. I look forward to coming to work each day. My coworkers are friendly and intelligent. There are regular social activities to provide interaction with coworkers in our office and from other branches. These range in size from cookouts to sailing races in the caribbean. The supervisors are reasonable in their expectations. They are understanding about family commitments. They strongly encourage further education with am incredible reimbursement rate for coursework completed. The company is small enough in size you can get to know everyone by name.

    Cons

    I don't have any presently.

    Advice to Management

    None yet.
