      I worked at Orbium full-time

      Pros

Compensation is good comparably. A few managers(not all) are still open to suggestions.

      Cons

What used to be a good culture and organization has lost itself in woeful new managers, more and more cumbersome processes and procedures. I worked at Orbium full-time for more than a year

      Pros

      > Company takes care of you > Great benefits

      Cons

      > Almost no chance to explore new technology (they say they do but in reality they do not trust people enough to handle new tech even for internal projects) > No growth > Slow promotion (I worked for two years where I only got a raise once and was never promoted) Managers micromanaging everyone

      Advice to Management

Take care of your employees, and stop taking age into account when considering people for promotion
