Pros
Being around plants and hardware gadgets.
Cons
I felt like a headless horse working here. You will feel burnout. Employees were not treated well. You were just a number. The only concern about the superior and anyone else was the club members you got. Its just miserable overall.

Pros
The employees who work at OSH are great to work with and are knowledgeable.

It takes years to become a full-time employee. The pay is very low even after being an employee for several years. Part-time employees work 16-20 hours and 4-hour shifts. No set schedules. Women are almost always started as cashiers and men as floor employees.

Inconsistent work schedule. Work you one or 2 days a week. No room to grow within the company. Crappy pay.
