Pros
OrderUp has smart, creative, youthful coworkers, fun social gatherings, an inspiring open work environment, free lunches, an unlimited PTO policy and a great 401K program.
Cons
The only downside of working at OrderUp is not being able to bring our powerful, disruptive platform to every community in America quicker.

Pros
Fair pay, free swag (shirts, cups, hoodies, beanies, shades), local/small company feel with big company aspirations, free catered lunch every Friday with a free $5 credit to OrderUp every week, free and unlimited coffee, tea, soda, snacks, and fruit in office. PTO is 'take as you need it'. Monthly social events, weekly company meetings, cool open office plan. Upper management (CEO, COO, CIO) are all approachable and they welcome comments and ideas from all employees, including entry level.
Cons
Pressure to perform and over-achieve, long hours, hard to disconnect. Work/life balance is something you actively have to manage here otherwise personal life loses. This is the kind of environment where everyone is working toward a common goal and transparency is important to everyone, but things often happen so quickly that you may feel overwhelmed or out of the loop. It's impossible to stay fully informed of everything happening when things are moving this quickly.
