      The people supported are awesome but.....

      Cons

      The administration operates (hires, fires and disciplines) based on gossip. Very unprofessional. The company as a whole is very unorganized and most employees are fearful to assert their view for fear of losing their job.

      They had good benefits, but poor wages.

      Cons

      Unpredictable and unexplained firing at any time, even after years and year of working there. No explanation or evaluations. Not trustworthy to my surprise. Black and white decisions. Little support from anyone in management. Thoughtless about actions toward employees. Unkind.

      Pros

      I would say the best thing about working here would be the client's. They are all awesome!

      Cons

      When you ask for a small accomidation they will fire you! I was recently diagnosed with bipolar and treated horribly by staff, management and HR. Then someone conveniently hacked into my phone sending one explicit video to my only boss. I was instantly fired without giving me anytime to find out who did it. I was Morrified!
